Potato balls with spinach salad

Ingredients
1 pack Aviko Noisettes
300 g fresh spinach, 100 g champignons, 2 shallots or 1 onion
2 tbsp chopped almonds
6 bacon slices
1 tsp mustard, 1 tbsp honey or 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp wine vinegar, lemon
Preparation method:

Prepare Aviko Noisettes acc. to the instructions on the packaging.

Wash and destem the spinach. Tear into pieces. Slice washed and peeled champignons into thicker slices. Peel and finely chop the shallots or onion. Slice the bacon into strips and sauté in a frying pan. Mix together the spinach, almonds, champignons, onion, and bacon in a salad bowl. Prepare dressing in a separate bowl: mix mustard with honey, vinegar, and half of the lemon juice. Pour the dressing on the salad. Slice the remaining lemon, use the slices to garnish the dish. Serve with fried Noisettes.
