Pati Parts with leeks, champignons and herbs

Ingredients
1 pack of Aviko ‘Pati Parts'
200 g smoked bacon
200 g champignons
2 leeks (white parts only), 1 bunch parsley, salt, pepper, and Provencal herbs
80 ml sour cream with 30% fat content
100 g butter
Preparation method:

Prepare Aviko Pati Parts acc. to the instructions on the packaging.

Slice the bacon into strips, brown in the frying pan, and set aside. Slice washed leeks approx. 0.5 cm thick, sauté in butter, season to taste with salt or pepper, and drizzle with a small amount of sour cream. Stew in the frying pan for approx. 8-10 min. Add bacon and champignon slice halves and stew together for approx. 6 min.

In the meantime, finely cut parsley. Toss Pati Parts in the other ingredients. Finish by sprinkling the whole with Provencal herbs.
